Prickly Pear Cactus grows all over the
Sorona Desert in Southern Arizona. In late summer we harvest the fruit of the cactus to produce our products. Enjoy the fruits

Mesquite trees are abundant in southern
Arizona. They will produce bean pods twice a year. We harvest the beans to make our jelly and syrup. It has the flavor
of a light honey.
Mesquite Rubs
They are a mesquite meal base. Mesquite
meal is grounded up mesquite beans. The rubs have a sweet nutty flavor.
The Mesuite Rub is a sweet rub with Brown Sugar
added.
Mesquite Pepper Rub is a blend of peppers for a nice flavor.
The Spicy Rub has cayenne pepper in it to
add a little heat.
